Ocean City

A classic shore town with beach blocks, bayfront views, strong year-round community, and appeal for both full-time residents and vacationers.

What to expect: higher prices, strong demand, often premium properties with upgrades.

Somers Point

A growing market just a short drive from Ocean City, offering more inventory, sometimes more value, and great access to the water.
